What's the Bussard
Oh my goodness, what a couple of weeks. I've been abducted by a Chinatown bus driver, made famous by Style Weekly and spent a lot of time commuting between Richmond and D.C., where I'll be living real soon. So I have to apologize to the VCU student who wondered what I don't like about Melissa Ruggieri's writing (did I not make that clear?) and anyone who's tried to set something up with me over the past month. Things will be a lot more settled soon. In the meantime, here's a feature I paid some children in Kentucky 50 cents an hour to write.

Congrats dude! I just had lunch at a Rutgers Cafe where Eggs once played in 1993. No real significance to that last statement, though it did happen today. I'll shut up....
Even their 1975 isn't good enough
from the cover of the (current/recent) R_lling St_ne:
Dylan !
Springsteen !
*...not that we've got some uncookable beef with the aforementioned trademarked legends. i mean, Dylan made a series of recordings so strong that they survive even Greil Marcus' attempt to "define" them (is Cultural Theory the cocaine of our age?). Springsteen? the New York Media Corridor's answer to Joe Grushecky (and a right good one too / "hungry heart" alone is a Magic Document: an all.time great radio song composed/released in the post.radio era).
